PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film-like or planar light emitting device which is light in weight, compact, facilitates handling and maintaining, eliminates the need for selecting places and is stably operative for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This light emitting device has a flexible film-like or planar base material 1 having a tacky adhesive layer 5 on its rear surface, an electric circuit 2 disposed on this base material 1, a power source part 3 consisting of a button battery electrically connected to this electric circuit 2 and light sources 4 consisting of >=1 LEDs which are disposed at prescribed intervals on the electric circuit 2 or in proximity to the electric circuit 2 and are electrically connected to the electric circuit 2. The film-like or planar light emitting device 10 randomly or regularly flickers the light sources 4 by the signals from the power source part 3. |
