PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating belt system fixing device for suppressing the occurrence of an image noise by uniformly and stably bringing a heating belt in contact with a pressure roller. SOLUTION: The heat belt system fixing device 24 is provided with plural inner rollers 40 and 50 inside the heating belt 30, and as for the two inner rollers, the roller arranged on the downstream side in a recording material carrying direction (e) (the paper discharge side of a nip part 35) functions as a driving roller 40, and the other roller functions as a heating roller 50. Besides, the device is also provided with a meandering preventing means for controlling the press contact state of the inner rollers(driving roller and heating roller) with the pressure roller 60 under a prescribed condition and preventing the meandering of the heating belt 30.
