PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with both an appropriate close-down state and an accurate open state when arranging a heat-insulating material consisting of a body and a lid and a tight box in a furnace and enabling the lid of the tight box to be opened or closed for the lid of the heat-insulating material and at the same time each body. SOLUTION: A lid 4b of a tight box 4 is supported by a lid 2b of a heat- insulating material 2 movably via a rod 2d and a sleeve 2c, and a preload is applied to a lid 4b of the tight box 4 in a close-down direction via a leaf spring 2f, thus constantly retaining the lids 4b and 2b at an appropriate close- down position for the bodies 4a and 2a before and after change even if the relative positions of the lid 4b of the tight box 4 and the lid 2b of the heat- insulating material 2 change in the direction of a reactor core caused by a temperature expansion difference.
