<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one chip microcomputer in which erasing conditions at the time of erasing operation can be changed before defective erasing is caused. SOLUTION: This one chip microcomputer incorporates a non-volatile memory 7 which can electrically erase data, and write and read data as a program memory, and is provided with a non-volatile memory group 40 for reference of which a characteristic is inferior to that of a non-volatile memory 7 in a memory cell array, and in this microcomputer, erasing voltage at the time of erasing operation stored previously in a specific address region of the non- volatile memory 7 by a control circuit 44 is changed based on a reference result of the non-volatile memory group 40 for reference.</p> |
