PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water and hot water supply apparatus for bath in which thermal stress in the components of a hot water supply circuit can be minimized while prolonging the service life thereof. SOLUTION: A water and hot water supply apparatus for bath comprises a hot water supply circuit 2 provided with valve 3 for mixing hot water with water to produce hot water of desired temperature, a bath circuit 10 having means for circulating bath water in a bathtub 14 supplying hot water, and a circuit 4 for interconnecting the hot water supply circuit 2 and the bath circuit 10. The water and hot water supply apparatus has a function for setting the starting time of hot water supply to the bathtub, hot water supply temperature, hot water supply quantity and circulating operation at desired values, respectively, through a control means 12 and performing automatic supplying/stopping operation and circulating operation. Water of relatively low temperature is supplied for a specified time to the interconnecting circuit 4 and the bath circuit 10 and then water supply is interrupted by changing over the mixing valve 3 automatically to low temperature side through the control means 12.
