PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain improved recording/reproducing characteristics by dissolving a trimethinecyanine coloring matter into an alcohol solvent with high solubility and an alkoxyalcohol solvent with low solubility in a recording layer, forming a film by the spin coating method, and setting the recess of a preformat pattern to a specific depth. SOLUTION: A trimethinecyanine coloring matter expressed by an equation I is used. A trimethineindalreninecyanine coloring matter in an expression II is preferable. For setting the amount of recess in the recess of a preformat pattern to 30% or more and 90% or less, a cellosolve solvent with low solubility is added, for example, to an alcohol fluoride solvent that can be dissolved as a coloring matter to control the drying of the coloring matter.
