<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the fixing means of a valve element invisible from the external surface of a hollow housing by providing two supporting parts which are disposed at a particular angle and have openings respectively, fixing a retainer inside one supporting part of a water faucet base, and fixing a spacer connecting a valve cartridge disposed in the opening of the other supporting part. SOLUTION: This single-hole mixing water faucet has two supporting parts whose hollow housing 1 has openings respectively disposed at an angle of 90 degree to each other. A retainer 2 is fixed inside one supporting part serving as a stand for a water faucet 7, and a spacer 3 connecting a valve cartridge 4 disposed inside the opening of the other supporting part is fixed at a retainer 2. It is thus possible to make the fixing means of a valve element invisible from the external surface of the hollow housing, and dispose the hollow housing toward various directions because the spacer can be fixed on the retainer according to requests.</p> |
