摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely sort thin-wall parts based on the flatness levels of the parts. SOLUTION: In order to feed thin-wall pressed parts 1 to a gauge 4 which is a flatness measuring means and, at the same time, to make the parts 1 pass through the gauge 4, no such an independent transporting means as the belt conveyor, etc., is used, but the parts l are naturally dropped by utilizing the slope of a base plate 3. Consequently, the influence of disturbance, such as the vibration, etc., which has been an issue when the independent transporting means is used can be eliminated. In the gauge 4, the clearance for passing the parts 1 is decreased toward a lower position from a higher position. Therefore, the parts 1 stop at the position corresponding to its flatness. The clearance at the stopping position of the parts 1 is equal to the thickness of the parts 1 plus the deformation of the parts 1. Therefore, when the stopping position of the parts 1 is grasped by means of sensors 9a-9d, the flatness of the parts 1 can be found accurately.
