ELECTRONIC BOARD SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic board system which enables handwriting input by an input pen even on an electronic board outside the projection range of a computer output screen. SOLUTION: The electronic board 10 having a projection display area 11a wherein the output screen of a computer 14 is projected and displayed by a projector 15 and a handwriting information input area 11b is written with input pens 12a and 12b. The input pens 12a and 12b produce AC magnetic fields of different frequencies and a control part 13 detects a position by discriminating between the pens 12a and 12b by making good use of the difference in frequency. The input pen 12b has a felt wick impregnated with ink.
