PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke, a cathode-ray tube device, and a display device, capable of reducing deterioration in horizontal deflection sensitivity, correcting bobbin winding strain in the intermediate part of a longitudinal line raster G, reducing vertical deflection magnetic field leaking to the side of the deflection yoke, and reducing noise generating from a saturable reactor without deterioration of the vertical deflection sensitivity and variation of correcting characteristics. SOLUTION: A deflection yoke 1 for a cathode-ray tube device consists of a horizontal deflection coil, a vertical deflection coil, and a core, has a saturable reactor 2 having a control coil 23 to be connected to the vertical deflection coil and to be controlled coils 22a-22d to be connected to the horizontal deflection coil, and is capable of correcting bobbing winding strain in the intermediate part of a longitudinal line raster G, and the saturable reactor 2 has a magnetic shield plate 24 covering at least a part in the outer circumference of the saturable reactor. The saturable reactor 2 is arranged so that the direction of the magnetic field generated in the control coil 23 becomes opposite to that of the magnetic field generated on the outside surface of the deflection yoke with the vertical deflection coil.
