摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check whether the surface potential required for formation of an electrostatic latent image is obtained evenly on a laminate by installing a surface potentiometer in an after process section of an electrification equipment and continuously measuring on-line a quantity of electrification on the surface of the elecrophotographic laminate mounted on a surface plate. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board aligner is provided with an electrification section 3 installed before an entrance 2 of an exposure section and a surface plate 4 to be mounted with an electrophotographic laminate 5. On the entrance 2 side of the electrification section 3, a stay 6 to install a measurement probe 7 of a surface potentiometer is installed. The probe 7 is so fixed that it may be on a photoconductive layer of the laminate 5 when the surface plate 4 is moved toward the entrance 2 of the exposure section. After the photoconductive layer of the laminate 5 is electrified by the electrification section 3, the photoconductive layer is passed under the probe 7 to continuously measure the surface potential of the photoconductive layer. If there is something wrong with the measurement result, it is judged whether the problem can be solved by changing the electrification conditions and then the information is fed back so as to obtain more even electrification.
