PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space and to use power efficiently by using a least significant bit to switch two halves of a memory. SOLUTION: An output 0 of a F/F 205 is fed to a port 201-1 as a least significant bit LSB in a write address for a 1st system cycle. An inverter 230 inverts an output of the F/F 205 and gives the inverted result to a port 201-2. Two halves (odd number and even number addresses) of a memory 200 are operated in a corrected ping-pong mode, data are written in even number addresses of the memory 200 and data are read from odd number addresses of the memory. The high-order address is being advanced and the same data read/write operation is repeated, and when the high-order address 220 is equal to a value M/2, the F/F 205 is set, a value of the LSB outputted onto a lead 225 is changed and the state is reversed. Data are read from the even number addresses and data are written in the odd number addresses by having only to conduct the operation above.
