According to the inventive method for contouring body structures in CT data sets, interpolation points are sought first, and the interpolation points sought are then used to establish a first model contour. The interpolation point which is least compatible with the model contour is eliminated and a new model contour is established using the remaining interpolation points until the deviation of the least compatible interpolation point falls below a threshold value or the number of remaining interpolation points falls below a stop value. |
