The transmitter element is located in the region of the outer circumference of the lining material(3) in an area between the face of the lining holder pointing towards the lining material and the end face of the holder pointing away from it. The fitting of the transmitter element is free from any contact with the outer face formed on the outer circumference of the lining material.
