The pipe and liner making process involves placing the internal liner (an internal jacket for the concrete pipe) optimally against the wall (1) of the molds. The inner mold is basically tubular of any cross section. It consists of two parts connected by a movable intermediate member acting as a hinge along the pipe. The two parts have fingers (2) which engage with each other, enabling the diameter of the inner mold to be reduced.
