PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a design change corresponding to the change of workpieces to reduce the number of changing part items, in a multispindle machining device capable of changing a machining portion in conformity with the change of the workpieces. SOLUTION: A frame member 25 guided and supported relatively accessibly and separably to a workpiece is made up with each insertional hole 25a in plural portions corresponding to machining portion of the workpiece. A plurality of tool spindle assemblies 10 designed so as to concentrically support a spindle where a chuck 13 to be attached with a tool T is installed in the tip part, in a cylindrical or polygonal tubular housing 11 and rotate and drive it by a built-in motor, is attached to the frame member upon inserting the housing into respective insertional holes. Attachment of each tool spindle assembly to the frame member may be done by a flange being integrally formed with a holding plate 30 or the housing and being projected in the radial direction.
