PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage division type exhaust pipe to be manufactured easily, quickly and at low costs, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A flow passage division type exhaust pipe 1 is provided with a plate-like body 10 formed to be extended in the longitudinal direction and wound in the width direction, a pipe main body portion 11 and a partition wall portion 12. The partition wall portion 12 is provided with a plane part defined between a first bent part 12a where the plate-like body 10 is bent in the vicinity of one end of its width direction and a second bent part 12b bent with a specified spacing from the first bent part 12a. The pipe main body portion 1 is formed by winding the remaining part of the plate-like body 10 continued from the second bent part 12b to be circular in section using the partition wall portion 12 as a diameter. One end 10a of the plate-like body 10 is lapped in the inner peripheral surface of the pipe main body portion 11, the other end 10b thereof is lapped in the outer peripheral surface of the pipe main body 11, and these lapped parts are joined by seamless welding, spot welding or the like.
