PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ether-ester type copolymer for improving a crystalline temperature, a crystallinity index and a phase separation by heat melting a polyester, a polyether alcohol and copolymerizable monomers in a reaction tank, and reacting them under a degree of vaccum not more than a specified value, and at a certain reaction temperature. SOLUTION: An ether-ester type copolymer is obtained by heat melting 100 pts.wt. of a polyester of polybutylene terephthalate or the like, 50-300 pts.wt. of a polyether alcohol of a molecular weight of 500-5,000 and copolymerizable monomers of 0.5-5 pts.wt. in a reaction tank, and condensation reacting them under a degree of vaccum not more than 4 torr, and at a reaction temperature of 230-280 deg.C. As the polyether alcohol, is used polytetramethyleneether glycol, polypropyleneether glycol or the like. Regarding the copolymerizable monomer, a diol is ethylene glycol, 1,5-pentanediol or the like and polyol is glycerin, trimethyfolethane or the like and a two basic acid is isophthalic acid, adipic acid or the like.
