PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a turning operation force while a retaining force at the time of accommodating a seat is ensured and to avoid a deterioration of an appearance caused by a generation of a gap. SOLUTION: The seat device is provided with an accommodation mechanism for pivotally supporting a seat cushion 4 disposed above a chassis floor 17 between a development attitude A making approximately horizontal and an accommodation attitude B making approximately vertical. In the seat device, the accommodation mechanism is constituted by a 4 link mechanism comprising a seat cushion side member; first and second link members 20, 21 of which one end is turnably connected to an upper side and a lower side of the seat cushion side member in an accommodation attitude; and a chassis side member to which the other end of the first and second link member is turnably connected. A main spring member 28 for turning and urging the first link member 20 is disposed so as to urge it to a development attitude side when the seat cushion is pivoted to the development attitude and to an accommodation attitude side when it is pivoted to the accommodation attitude and a sub-spring member 29 for turning and urging the second link member 21 in an opposite direction to an urging direction of the first link member 20.
