PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter loaded on the sole of sports shoes or the like together with spikes so that the spikes can be effectively prevented from being dropped from the sole when using shoes. SOLUTION: This adapter is used while being sandwiched between a circular flange part 10 and a sole 12 when screwing a spike 2, in which a columnar pin 4 and an attaching stem 8 having an outer screw 6 are continuously provided through the flange part 10 into a sheet body 14 having an inner screw 20 embedded in the sole 12. Then, the adapter is composed of an elastic body and made into elastic adapter 32 formed into disc having a circular stem inserting hole 34 for inserting the attaching stem 8 at the center.
