PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold front/rear balance when a heavy weight object is loaded, by providing a front axle housing in right/left both side parts in the rear part of a transmission case, mounting an engine from the upper of a rear case part over to the rear part, and belt interlocking an output shaft and an input shaft of a front case part between belts. SOLUTION: A front axle housing 3 is provided in a lateral side of a rear part rear case part 2 in a transmission case 1, an engine base 27 from an upper side of the rear case part 2 in low position over to a lower part of a deshboard 26 in the rear side is provided on a car body 10, an engine 4 is mounted, to lower down a mounting position. Belts 8, 9 are stretched to be operatively associated between pulleys of each shaft through a counter shaft 28 between an output shaft 5 of the engine 4 and an input shaft 7 axially mounted in a front case 6 of the transmission case 1. The transmission case 1, for positioning its front case part 6 in a front side, is positioned in the front part of a front wheel, and a load of the front wheel is increased, so that the weight of a rear wheel side can be lightened.
