PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject plaster provided with a thick-coated portion so as to sustain its pharmacodynamic effect longer than conventional case and not to develop side effects including itch and flare. SOLUTION: This plaster is obtained by the following procedure: first, an anti-inflammatory/analgesic plaster is prepared by spreading the upper face of a substrate 1 with a preparation for external use made by mixing an anti- inflammatory/analgesic agent with a tack agent followed by laminating the tack agent face with a liner into a sheet-like plaster S of appropriate shape, which is then cut; subsequently, a thick-coated portion 2 for raising the pharmacodynamic effect of this plaster is provided limitedly approximately at the central site of the preparation for external use spread on the sheet-like plaster S within the range suitable for coating correspondingly to a lesion to be applied.
