PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain holding of a position on the sea without receiving an influence of wind and tidal current on the sea, by an easy means at a low cost without much space required. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a wind direction and speed sensor 2 detecting a wind direction and speed as an electric signal, right/left two propulsive motors crossing thrust shafts behind a ship body except a main engine 4 mounted in the water in a ship body rear surface, and a control device 8 performing control changing respective propulsive force so as to fixedly hold a position of a ship on the water surface relating to the right/left two propulsive motors based on a signal from the wind direction and speed sensor 2.
