PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wheel movable on, not only a horizontal surface but a vertical surface and an overhung surface, by constituting a block by a plurality of permanent magnets, rotating the block, and moving the block rotated while switching it. SOLUTION: A wheel 2 and a bearing 4 of a block is rotated as a magnetic bonding wheel bearing 1 is rotated. Among the block 3 which is attracted to an iron surface 8 of a gas tank, one block 3 opposite to the direction of rotation must be separated from a metal surface for rotating the wheel. A rotary gear 6 integrally formed with an eccentric cam 5 set up in a rear side of the block 3 is turned by a gear 7 fixed to a car body. Since the eccentric cam 5 in this condition pulls one of the block 3 from behind, the block 3 is rotated with its bearing 4 serving as the center, to perform a transfer from a flat permanent magnet constituting the block 3 to a diagonally cut permanent magnet, and the block is made in adhesion to the iron surface 8 of the gas tank. This process is repeated, so that the vehicle body can be advanced forward by rotating the magnetic attraction type wheel.
