PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simplify the structure and reduce the production cost by providing a seedling box-arranging device having a structure capable of semiautomating the operation. SOLUTION: This seedling box-arranging device is composed of a traveling vehicle a1, and a seedling box-conveying conveyer a2 installed in the tilted state on the traveling vehicle a1. The traveling vehicle a1 has a body frame 11, driven tires 12, tires 17 for changing the direction, and a steering wheel 19. The seedling box-conveying conveyer a2 has a conveying route a2' for carrying the seedling box b by arranging an endless conveying belt 28 to provide a conveying face 20. The seedling box-conveying conveyer a2 is supported by the upper part of the traveling vehicle a1, and the terminal part of the conveyer is obliquely extended downward in the traveling rear direction so that the terminal part may approach the ground. The driving speed of the conveyer belt 28 is synchronized with the traveling speed of the traveling vehicle a1.
