PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing device of an underwater mixer capable of vertically providing a guide support for installing the underwater mixer in a water tank even if the water tank is not emptied and capable of certainly holding the thrust force created by the underwater mixer. SOLUTION: A guide support 2 is vertically provided in a water tank P along the side wall W thereof and a support stand 3 for placing an underwater mixer 4 to fix the same is attached to the guide support 2 in a liftable manner. The guide support 2 is held by the brackets 5a, 5c fixed to the side wall W above the surface S of the water and the thrust holding member 8 protruding in the direction of the side wall W is provided to the guide support 2 in the vicinity of the lower end part thereof and the edge end part of the thrust holding member 8 is brought into contact with the side wall W to receive the thrust force F generated by the underwater mixer 4 by the side wall W to vertically hold the posture of the guide support 2.
