PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period, reduce the cost and easily secure execution precision by simply connecting a steel sheet panel forming a steel sheet concrete structural wall at a site. SOLUTION: A reinforcing plate 6 with a gusset plate 7 is fitted in advance to the junction of a steel sheet panel P forming a steel sheet concrete structural wall, the steel sheet panels P are erected, then the gusset plates 7 of the adjacent steel sheet panels P are fastened together by a splice plate 8 and high- strength bolts/nuts 9. Concrete 2 is placed in the steel sheet panels P, constraint bars 15 are arranged in a bolt junction surrounded by form steel sheets 12 and a wooden form, and concrete 11 is placed.
