PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply replace a horizontal gutter when it is broken in a built-up building such as a bus stop shelter. SOLUTION: This built-up building is provided with a pole plate 2 with a square cross section; a first cover member 4 having an upper cover section 41 arranged to cover a pole plate upper wall 21, a front cover section 42 extending downward to cover nearly the upper half section of a pole plate front wall 22, and an upper projection 43 provided on the rear edge of the upper cover section 41; a second cover member 5 having a lower cover section 51 arranged to cover a pole plate lower wall 23, a rear cover section 52 extending upward to cover a pole plate rear wall 24 from the lower cover section 51, and a connection section 53 with a hook section 54 provided on the upper edge of the rear cover section 52 to be hooked on the upper projection 43; and a horizontal gutter forming member 6 provided on a rear wall section 61 and having upper and lower backward protruded fitting sections 63 fitted to the upper cover section 41 and the lower cover section 51 by set screws 15 respectively.
