PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water and insect repellency, and to ensure the permeability and the strength of a sheet so as to be applicable, in particular, to a rice preservation bag by adhering a spun bond non-woven fabric to a melt blown non- woven fabric in a laminating manner using a hot melt non-woven fabric or a hot melt adhesive, and specifying the degree of permeability. SOLUTION: A spun bond non-woven fabric is adhered to a melt blown non-woven fabric in a laminating manner using a hot melt non-woven fabric or a hot melt adhesive, and the degree of permeability is set to be at least 40-80 cc/cm2/second. The degree of water repellency is set to be at least 80. In addition, fibers of the spun bond non-woven fabric are compound fibers of core-sheath type. A food preservation bag is manufactured by using these laminated non-woven fabrics for at least one member. When the non-woven fabrics are used for the food preservation bag, the bag is not damaged even when it is carried with the food therein, and rain and insects can be prevented from entering the bag when the food is preserved therein.
