PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device with a telescopic boom restraining total height dimensions in a storage state low. SOLUTION: It is constituted to draw cable bodies 111, 112 of a hose, etc., to the side of a base end part 3B1 of an intermediate boom 3B from from the side of a base end part 3A1 of a base end boom 3A by fixing one end 11a of a bending support mechanism 11 on the side of an upper surface plate 3Aa of the base end part 3A1 of the base end boom 3A and fixing the other end 11b of the bending support mechanism 11 on the base end part 3B1 of the intermediate boom 3B through the base end part 3A1 of the base end boom 3A. In such constitution, arrangement height of working means 8, 9 to be arranged on the side of a head end part 3D2 of a head end 3D is never restricted by existence of the bending support mechanism 11 as in the case, for example, the bending support mechanism 11 is arranged on the side of a head end part 3A2 of the base end boom 3A, and accordingly, it is possible to restrain total height dimensions of a working device low by arranging the working means 8, 9 near the side of an upper surface of the head end boom 3D by it.
