PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a toilet minimizing necessity of help by a caring person for preparing for using the toilet by a person to be cared and after using the toilet. SOLUTION: A bed with a toilet 1 is provided with a first hydraulic cylinder 2 as a head side elevating and lowering means for elevating and lowering the head side of the person to be cared with the buttocks side of a back raising part 5 as a center and a second hydraulic cylinder 3 as a knee side elevating and lowering means for elevating and lowering the respective knee side of the part 6 and the part 7 with respect to a bed divided into the three parts 5, 6 and 7. Then, at the time of using the toilet by the person to be cared, the cylinder 2 and the cylinder 3 are operated to form a toilet space between the part 5 and the part 6.
