PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely evaluate the realizing degree of successful aging in the method and sheet for checking satisfaction in mind and body by which a vigor degree being one of health degrees in mind and body is evaluated. SOLUTION: Three items, that is, satisfaction, stability and positiveness are set as basic items for evaluating a psychosomatic satisfaction state and replies are obtained to plural questions which are previously set at every item for evaluating the three (step 1). The states of the three are individually made into an index as scores based on the answer result (step 2). The total scores of the three are corrected based on the answer result of the questions concerning an additional item for evaluating the starts of satisfaction in mind and body such as health, beauty, life habit and a sense of values (step 3). The obtained scores of satisfaction, the stability and the positiveness are synthesized and, then, the state of the satisfaction in mind and body is evaluated (step 4).
