PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick holder preventing a stick in use from dropping to feet even if inadvertently released, and making its presence clear owing to its single light source when it is used during the night. SOLUTION: A power supply and a switch mechanism are built into a lidded flat box 1 and a locking piece 8 to be worn in cooperation with one flat surface is disposed on the one flat surface. An omega shaped holder 11 having an axis parallel to both side edges 5 of the box 1 and having the required inside diameter is placed on the other flat surface and the power supply is connected via the switch mechanism to a light emitting element 18 serving as an electric light source exposed. The omega shaped holder 23 having the required inside diameter is connected to one end of a cord extending from the box 1. A freely expanding electric cord 21 or a normal cord is selected in relation to the light emitting element 18, and the holder 11 placed on the flat surface of the box 1 is freely pivotably journaled to the flat surface.
