PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight pallet having a high rigidity and a high strength in which a local damage is hardly caused by a claw of forklift. SOLUTION: A pallet is provided with a fiber reinforced resin material layer. It is preferable that a carbon fiber is applied as a reinforced fiber in the fiber reinforced resin material layer. In addition, it is preferable that the pallet is made by foam-core sandwiched board in which a surface material 1 comprised of the fiber reinforced resin material layer is laminated on the surface of a core member 2 of plastic foamed material.
