PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED print head which can be wired finely, is small in breadth and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The LED print head comprises a ceramic wiring board 1, driver IC chips 2 and LED array chips 3 mounted to the ceramic wiring board, a bus 4 for power source and a bus 5 at the ground side which are formed to a lower face of the ceramic wiring board 1. Wiring boards 6 of a synthetic resin are set to both sides of the ceramic wiring board 1. A wiring pattern to be formed to the ceramic wiring board 1 is formed to the wiring boards 6 of the synthetic resin. A total breadth of the LED print head is reduced because the wiring is finely provided by the wiring board 1. An expensive material for the ceramic wiring board 1 is saved by using the synthetic resin wiring boards 6, and also forming the wiring pattern to the ceramic board which applies a large load can be restricted to a minimum or eliminated. The LED print head is accordingly formed inexpensively. |
