PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably conduct the work for installing or replacing a weight at a high place with one crane vehicle by providing a vertical lift type high lift work device arranged on a vehicle body and having a workbench at the tip. SOLUTION: A deck 13 capable of mounting a load is provided on a vehicle body 1 behind a crane device 6, and a vertical lift type high lift work device 14 is arranged at the front of the deck 13. When a worker is to conduct the work for conveying and installing a weight, he operates the crane device 6 to hoist and mount the weight on the deck 13, then he gets in a cabin 4 and operates a driving device 5 to move a vehicle to an optional position. The worker rides on the workbench 16 of the high lift work device 14 and moves to the prescribed high position, then another worker operates the crane device 6 to hoist and move the weight to the prescribed position near the workbench 16, thus the worker riding on the workbench 16 can safely conduct the work for installing the weight.
