PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely cut a plastic fat and oil-like product by cutting the plastic fat and oil-like product by a cutting blade whose surface temperature is cooled to <=a fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A plastic fat and oil-like product is maintained preferably at +30 to -10 deg.C and cut by a cutting blade whose surface temperature is cooled to <=0 deg.C by immersing the cutting blade in a refrigerant, constituting the cutting blade in an integrated way with a cooler using a refrigerant or connecting the cutting blade to the cooler. |
