PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cylindrical degree of a resin pulley in which a boss is dislocated from an axial center of an outer peripheral surface to one side by reducing non-circle degree and inclination degree. SOLUTION: A web 3 connecting a boss 1 to an outer peripheral surface 2 for laying a belt is so formed of a bent or curved surface that the boss 1 is formed on a position dislocated from an axial center position of the outer peripheral surface 2 to one side. The boss 1 is stood from the periphery of the web 3 so as to form dish- or bowl-like shape. Namely, the web 3 is integrated with an inner side surface of the axial center portion of the outer peripheral surface 2, while the peripheral portion of the web 3 is tapered in an axial direction of the outer peripheral surface 2. The outer peripheral surface 2 and the web 3 compose a circular groove 6 on an outer side of the dish- or bowl-like form at its integrated portion therebetween. Ribs 7 are formed so as to block the circular groove 6 with specified intervals in its all circumference.
