PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conveyor for circulating a heat carrying medium between the heat source side and the using side in which the quantity of heat being conveyed can be increased both when hot heat is conveyed and cold heat is conveyed. SOLUTION: A heat source side heat exchanger 35 is coupled with an indoor unit 50 through main piping 6 having opposite ends coupled with first and second tanks T1, T2, respectively, through push-out piping 31 and suction piping 32. Heat carrying medium is circulated in the using side circuit B by increasing/ decreasing the pressure in the first and second tanks T1, T2, thus conveying hot heat and cold heat of a heat source side circuit A to the indoor unit 50. A slurry-like heat carrying medium produced by mixing heating/cooling microcapsules into water is employed. The heating microcapsule is filled with a heat storage material for heating which changes the phase when hot heat is conveyed whereas the cooling microcapsule is filled with a heat storage material for cooling which changes the phase when cold heat is conveyed. Hot heat and cold heat are conveyed utilizing latent heat of the heat storage materials for heating and cooling.
