PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the feed of gas without losing the shielding performance of a fluid passage in abnormal flow such as gas leakage and without affected by the phase of LPG in using an ordinary combustion device of a gas consumer. SOLUTION: A gas discharging prevention device is provided with a valve body 8 which is arranged in a valve chest 4 of a pipe body 2 and has a through hole 9 for fluid bored therein, a valve element 10 which has a valve part 10a opening/closing the through hole 9 positioned in the upstream side and is slidably attached to the valve body 8, and a closing valve 5 which is mounted between the valve body 8 and the valve part 10a and energizes the valve element 10 in the opening direction; the valve chest 4 is extended to the downstream side and an adjustment chamber is provided, and an adjustment tube 7 formed by narrowing the tube diameter of a conduit 13 to be a fluid passage 3 is arranged in the adjustment chamber 6.
