PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the total length short with respect to the first propagating direction, to enhance production efficiency, and to keep the radiation loss to the same loss as in conventional configurations. SOLUTION: A main line waveguide 22 is constituted as a linear waveguide with its center line directed toward the second propagating direction L2. A center line of the first branched waveguide 26 is curved in a direction separating from the second ranched waveguide 28 along the first smooth curve R1, and then a tangential direction of the curve R1 is made consistent with the first propagating direction L1. A center line of the wave guide 28 is curved in a direction separating from the waveguide 26 along the second smooth curve R2, it is curved in a direction approaching to the waveguide 26 along the third smooth curve R3 connected to the curve R2 with the tangential direction of the curve R2, and then a tangential direction of the curve R3 is made consistent with the first propagating direction L1. |
