PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for settling processing and also prevent the erroneous selection of a settling method by performing settlement by selecting the settling method corresponding to settling method selection informa tion recorded in an IC card. SOLUTION: The settlement is performed by selecting the settling method corresponding to the settling method selection information recorded in the IC card. In such a system, a settling processing terminal 100 has an IC card reader/ writer 120 for reading/writing the information of the IC card, electronic money settling processing part 130, bank account settling processing part 140, credit settling processing part 150, input part 160, output part 170, settling processing part 180, and control part 110. The settling processing part 180 compares settlement contents to be settled with the settling method selection information for selecting the specified settling method out of plural settling methods. When the settlement contents satisfy the specified selection condition in the settling method selection information, the settlement contents are settled by the specified settling method corresponding to these specified selection conditions. |
