PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain write-in setting for specified title information data by providing a discrimination means for discriminating to what group the set title information data to be written belongs. SOLUTION: A title information selection number 88 is constituted of a language selection number 88A and a title selection number 88B. Language, when writing the title information data, is selected by using the number 88A, and the title information data to be written is selected by using the number 88B. For example, the title information data shown by the title selection numbers 0 to 5 is event information data, and the title information data shown by the title selection numbers 6 to 9 is message information data. The event information data are held continuously and successively recorded in the magnetic recording area of the frame of film, every time succeeding photographing is performed. The message information data is erased when photographing is performed, and the title information data is not recorded at subsequent photographing.
