The invention concerns a dispersion of mineral particles stable with respect to decantation and/or agglomeration, having a pH ranging between 2.8 and 6 obtainable by mixing at a temperature ranging between 10 and 35 DEG C, a colloidal dispersion (A) of mineral particles of iron (oxyhydr)oxide or titanium oxide having an average size not more than 200 mn with a solution (B) of polynuclear complexes of aluminium hydrolysis.
