PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency circuit where the end faces of transmission lines are accurately and easily aligned and the gaps between the end faces of the transmission lines are made narrower so as to obtain a stable characteristic and to obtain a radio unit using the circuit device. SOLUTION: A recessed part H1a is formed to a lower conductor 1a of a base unit, a circulator 101 and a termination block 102 are inserted in parallel with the base unit 1a and an upper conductor plate 1b of the base unit is placed on its upper part. Two tilted end faces S3, S4 of the circulator 101 are pressed into contact with wall faces S1, S2 cut at the same angles as the base unit side angles to be positioned and fixed. |
