PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacture of an electrooptical panel reproducing/using the electrooptical panel even when a polarization member stuck to a substrate is failure is decided, and the manufacture of a projection display device using the electrooptical panel manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of the electrooptical panel 1, when the polarization member 11 is stuck through translucent adhesive 111, when a bubble enters between an active matrix substrate 30 and the polarization member, the electrooptical panel 1 is placed in a high temp. pressurized atmosphere, and the bubble is vanished, and the electrooptical panel 1 is reproduced. When the bubble isn't vanished even in such a manner, and the polarization member 11 is scratched, the polarization member 11 is repaired, and the electrooptical panel 1 is reproduced. Further, when the polarization member 11 is repaired, since the polarization member 11 is stuck newly after the translucent adhesive 111 left on the substrate is removed, the sticking state is lowered due to the translucent adhesive 111 left to the substrate side is eliminated. |
