摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sensor device which reduces an error in an obtained physical- quantity detection value and whose accuracy can be maintained in a good state for a long period by a method wherein a detection signal which is output from an amplifier circuit is temperature-compensated by a temperature signal. SOLUTION: Even when the characteristic of a differential amplifier circuit 8 constituted of an operational amplifier is restricted in terms of a nonlinear circuit, there is no fear that an error component between its detection signal Sd and its temperature signal St is expanded, and an error in a physical-quantity detection value which is obtained finally can be reduced. The change width of the temperature signal St which is output from a bridge circuit 4 for temperature detection is constituted so as to be set by adjusting the design resistance value of resistance elements Rc1, Rc2, for reference, which indicate a nearly identical value in a normal state, and the change element of its set value can be reduced. In addition, the change width of the temperature signal St can be adjusted by respective trimming resistances Rw1, Rw2 even after it is set once. As a result, the change width of the detection signal Sd and the change width of the temperature signal St can be made to agree, and a bad influence due to the nonlinear amplification characteristic of the circuit 8 can be removed.
