PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor supporting device for sufficiently satisfying the various and diversified relation between a monitor device and a person. SOLUTION: A first arm 14 is mounted on one edge of a second arm 18 at almost a center of gravity position 16 so as to be freely rotatable in a vertical direction with almost the center of gravity position 16 as a center. A counter weight 20 is mounted on the other edge of a second arm 18. The second arm 18 is mounted on a vertical supporting member 24 at almost a center of gravity position 22 so as to be freely rotatable in a vertical direction with almost the center of gravity position 22 as a center in the same way as the first arm 14.
