PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict the assembly man-hour of members. SOLUTION: This arithmetic system is equipped with a simultaneously-operable area allocating process part 5 which allocates simultaneously-operable areas according to member allocation information and process information and stores the allocation result in a simultaneously-operable area allocation result storage part 6, an in-surface fixed coordinate arithmetic part 7 which calculates all fixed coordinates in a member allocation surface according to the member allocation information and member property information and stores the arithmetic result in a in-surface fixed coordinate storage part 8, a fixing operation man-hour arithmetic part 9 which calculates a fixing operation time in simultaneously-operable areas according to the simultaneously- operable area allocation result, in-surface fixed coordinate information, member property information, and standard operation time information, a movement time arithmetic part 10 between the simultaneously-operable areas which calculates the movement time between the simultaneously-operable areas according to the simultaneously- operable area allocation result and process information, and a total operation time arithmetic part 11 which calculates the total operation time in the member allocation surface by adding the fixing operation time and the movement time between the simultaneously-operable areas. |
