PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light deflector constituted so that a polygon mirror can be continuously stably rotated even when ambient temperature is fluctuated. SOLUTION: This light deflector is constituted so that a flange 15 consisting of a cylindrical part 15b and a disk part 15a arranged at the end part of the cylindrical part 15b is joined to the outside circumference of an outer cylindrical bearing 12b by fixing the polygon mirror 16 and it can be rotated between an inner cylindrical bearing 12a. The flange 15 and the bearing 12b are joined by shrinkage fitting and the like executed by a press-contact means and the end part of the joined part is coated with adhesive agent and solidified. Thus, since the shaft center of the outer cylindrical bearing and that of the flange perfectly coincide with each other, the mirror 16 can be rotated without decentering and inclination angle. |
